Masters Short Course Nationals - Atlanta May 2010

I was under the impression that you did not need to qualify for certain events at Nationals next year in Atlanta. Then I saw a post on LInkedIn from a Masters Swimmer (Joel Rubenstein) who said there is a list of qualifying times updated in September (see http://www.usms.org/comp/scnats10/nqt.pdf).

Anyone know the real answer?
